For the past 30 years, Dr. Lynn Malinoff, has dedicated her work to reaching out to kids with exciting and creative programming that engages them in their education, development and connections to the community. As a special education teacher, grant-writer, teacher consultant and service-learning expert, she brings her experience and vision to the Bright Futures team of dedicated educators who work to provide strong and engaging programs based on youth development and community partnerships. Dancing, singing, writing, martial arts, baseball, cooking, sewing, technology….whatever engages youth in active learning and their community….this is what we do in Bright Futures.
We celebrate collaborations with the most inventive, spirited and dedicated community people. They are resources for children to teach them something new, support their interests and mentor them as they develop goals and plans for their future. We welcome the strong collaborations we have with Eastern Michigan University, the University of Michigan, local artists, and the non-profit and business worlds.
